What happens after my 14-day trial?
You'll receive a reminder before your trial ends. You can upgrade to a paid plan to keep all your data and continue using QuoteFlow, or your account will be paused (data preserved for 30 days).
Can my clients sign contracts from their phone?
Yes. The entire client experience — viewing quotes, approving, signing contracts, and paying — works perfectly on mobile. Clients can draw their signature with their finger.
Can I use my own branding?
On the Pro and Business plans, all client-facing documents (quotes, contracts, invoices, kickoff forms) show your company logo and branding only — no QuoteFlow branding.
Can I add team members?
Yes. Pro allows up to 5 team members, Business allows unlimited. Each member can be assigned roles: Admin, Manager, or Staff.
