QuoteFlow is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform developed and operated by Eyedea Digital Solutions, a business in Zimbabwe. By registering for and using QuoteFlow, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

QuoteFlow provides tools for service businesses to create professional quotes, manage contracts with digital signing, generate invoices, accept payments via Paynow (EcoCash, OneMoney, and web), track projects, and capture leads. Features available depend on your subscription plan.
You must provide accurate information when creating your account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Each account (workspace) is for one business entity. You must be at least 18 years old to use QuoteFlow.
New accounts receive a 14-day free trial with full access to the features of your chosen plan. No payment is required to start your trial. At the end of the trial period, you must subscribe to a paid plan to continue using QuoteFlow. If you do not subscribe, your account will move to the Free plan with limited features. Your data is preserved.
QuoteFlow offers the following monthly subscription plans:
All paid plans are billed on a 30-day cycle. Payment is processed manually via Paynow (EcoCash, OneMoney, or Paynow web). You are responsible for initiating payment before your billing date to maintain uninterrupted access.
Prices are in USD. Paynow will convert to ZWL at the prevailing rate at the time of payment.
If payment is not received by your billing date, your account enters a 7-day grace period during which full access is maintained. If payment is not received within the grace period, your account is suspended. Suspended accounts retain all data but cannot create new quotes or access paid features until payment is made.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing page within your account. Upon cancellation:
Due to the nature of digital software services, we do not offer refunds for subscription payments already made. If you believe a payment was made in error, contact us at [email protected] within 7 days and we will review your case. Refunds are issued at our sole discretion.
You own all data you enter into QuoteFlow — your clients, quotes, contracts, and invoices belong to you. We do not sell, share, or use your data for any purpose other than providing the QuoteFlow service. Upon permanent account deletion, all your data is removed from our systems within 30 days.
When you use QuoteFlow to send quotes and invoices to your clients, you are responsible for having the right to share your clients' information with us for processing. You agree to handle your clients' personal data in accordance with applicable Zimbabwean data protection laws.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without refund.
We aim to keep QuoteFlow available 24/7 but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance, hosting issues, or circumstances beyond our control may cause temporary downtime. We will communicate planned downtime in advance where possible.
QuoteFlow is provided "as is." Eyedea Digital Solutions is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to lost revenue, lost data, or missed business opportunities. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim.
The QuoteFlow platform, including its code, design, and branding, is owned by Eyedea Digital Solutions. Your subscription grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the platform. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute any part of the platform.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of QuoteFlow after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Zimbabwe. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Zimbabwe.
